Terms of service.

1. Bookings & Payment
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded.

3. Late Arrivals & Overruns
• Sessions will start and finish at the agreed booking times.
• Late arrival does not entitle you to additional time.
• If your session overruns and the studio schedule allows, additional time will be charged at the hourly rate (or part thereof).
• If the studio has a booking immediately after yours, your session must end promptly at the agreed time.

4. Use of Studio & Equipment
• You are responsible for the proper use of the studio space and all equipment provided.
• Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment or property during your booking will be charged to you at full repair or replacement cost.
• Equipment may only be used inside the studio and must not be removed.

5. Health & Safety
• Guests must follow all health and safety guidance provided by staff.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the studio.
• Food and drink must not be placed near the equipment.

6. Minimum Age Policy
• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any minors present during the session.

7. Conduct
• Abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
• The studio reserves the right to refuse future bookings in such cases.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
• We collect and store your contact details solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

9. Media & Content Consent
• By signing this agreement, you consent to the studio sharing photos, videos, or audio snippets of your session for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website, promotional materials).
• You can opt out of this by notifying us in writing before your session.

10. Intellectual Property
• You retain full rights to any content you create during your session.
• The studio does not claim ownership of your recordings.

11. Liability
• The studio is not responsible for any lost or corrupted recordings due to equipment malfunction, unless caused by gross negligence. • You are responsible for saving and backing up your files after your session.
